Anatomy Athlete

The Anatomy Athlete page is here to act as an educational resource for general anatomy knowledge and other useful information gleaned from my studies that is more or less indirectly related to weightlifting. Despite the numerous resources available online regarding these topics, I am including this information in the hopes this content will add to the general knowledge of a weightlifter. I hope moving forward this page will provide more unique content that may be eye opening as I progress through my studies.

Special Tests for the Injured Athlete
  • This is a short series designed to help athletes self-assess possible pathologies or injuries accrued from training. These are intended only as an educational guide for your knowledge and benefit to understanding anatomy and assessing anatomical issues. We will cover both the Upper and Lower Extremity, with focus on the major joints and tendons of each.
