- This is a short series designed to help athletes self-assess possible pathologies or injuries accrued from training. These are intended only as an educational guide for your knowledge and benefit to understanding anatomy and assessing anatomical issues. We will cover both the Upper and Lower Extremity, with focus on the major joints and tendons of each.
This website is designed so weightlifters can find a program to tackle their next goals, their constricted timeframe, or to try something new. My goal is to create a comprehensive collection of weightlifting programs from around the internet. I provide shorthand on each program, linking both the original source and a download link.
Anatomy Athlete
The Anatomy Athlete page is here to act as an educational resource for general anatomy knowledge and other useful information gleaned from my studies that is more or less indirectly related to weightlifting. Despite the numerous resources available online regarding these topics, I am including this information in the hopes this content will add to the general knowledge of a weightlifter. I hope moving forward this page will provide more unique content that may be eye opening as I progress through my studies.
