Special Tests for the Upper Extremity Pathology

This part of the Special Test series is designed to target common pathologies of the shoulder, arm, wrist and hand. These are general tests to help elucidate some of the major issues a strength athlete may face.

Please Note: these tests cannot replace a diagnosis from a medical professional and they are only a small component of a full-body examination. These tests cannot replace professional examinations, treatment, or assessment. If you are injured, please seek help from a licensed professional.
