About

OWLsheets provides Olympic Weightlifters a resource for programming/cycles for an athlete's training. The goal of OWLsheets is to provide a giant pool of programs for any type of lifter, without tedious scouring of the internet for a new or different program. Content has been collected and stored in easy to download and understand formats via Excel or Google spreadsheets, and sources cited when applicable.

Primarily, the website was designed for quick navigation to programs that match a weightlifter's specific needs based on training schedule (days per week), training type (such as strength or technique), level of proficiency (beginner, intermediate, etc.) and still other classifications like squat-based routines and others. All programs are also given a bullet-point style overview for a snapshot glance at the program to see what it offers and if it piques a user's interest.

Secondary, OWLsheets strives to serve as a library of sorts by collecting articles, research papers, journals, opinion pieces and similar that are relevant to the sport, training, or in general applicable to weightlifting.

    1. Sorry for the very late reply! I was supposed to get notifications anytime someone posted, but I just happened to check and saw your post now almost a month later - so something isn't working correctly.

I'm not certain how you can subscribe for updates/reminders. That is something I will look into here in the next few weeks. I will try and write back if I find anything out. For now, the most I can tell you is to check back over the next month or so as I plan to release more templates/content in December when I am on break.

  2. I've got most of the OBB programs saved and would be Happy to share them with you. Insane the writing on the wall when they transitioned to the paid programming and downloaded all I could find prior to them shutting down the site. Same goes for Catalyst.

  8. Hey Ivan! I don't know how active this page is anymore but would it be possible to look into getting some of Sika Strength's spreadsheets? I have used a couple of theirs as I've bounced back from my injuries and have made incredible progress with them
