    • Very interesting page detailing the impact of the load and body proportions. Includes a functional animated flash file for manipulating the variables.

  • Lift Up: History of Olympic Weightlifting
    • A great website for viewing historical records and data on the sport, including top rankings in competitions, medal winners, nationalities, and an overall look at the names and competitions of the sport from the past century.
  • The Tight Tan Slacks of Dezso Ban
    • Another great website for historical pieces. The owner of this blog consistently posts old magazine articles on early strength training, powerlifting, and weightlifting. A great look at the progression of all things weight-training over the past century.
Anatomy & Physiology
  •  The Trigger Point & Referred Pain Guide
    • Very usesful website to understanding referred pain from areas that may be tight. A great way to guide your myofascial release (foam rolling) and stretching.
