Waxman's Gym - 16 Week Jerk Progression

Program Cliffs:
- 5 days per week, 16 weeks total
- All lifts based around Snatch, C&J, Back Squat, Front Squat
- Combination of Presses, Push-Presses, Jerks, and Behind the Neck variations
- Combination of full, power, and hang variations. No complexes.
- Reps are kept to 5 or 3, transitioning to doubles and singles later.
- Lighter phases/de-loads at:
- Weeks 3, 7, 11, 14
- There is no programmed max-out day or prep for a competition day
- The final day does test singles at the programmed 100% for C&J.
- Program could potentially be useful as a generalized strength program
- Mostly consists of a classic lift or variant, a pull, an overhead lift, and a squat
