Program Cliffs:
- Basic 4 day program for continuous practice on the major lifts, as well as maintain strength with accessories
- Simple Rep scheme working up toward heavy singles ~90-95%
- 4th day included for light assistance/hypertrophy/general joint and muscular strength training
- Could be used after finding a tested 1RM from another program
- Since weights are near maximal,
remembering cues/technique are vital - be conscious of efforts
