Program Cliffs:

  • Basic 4 day program for continuous practice on the major lifts, as well as maintain strength with accessories
  • Simple Rep scheme working up toward heavy singles ~90-95%
  • 4th day included for light assistance/hypertrophy/general joint and muscular strength training
  • Could be used after finding a tested 1RM from another program
  • Since weights are near maximal, remembering cues/technique are vital - be conscious of efforts
