Program Cliffs:
- This spreadsheet was created based on a program posted to Weightlifting Forums and was a user-submission (thanks Adam)
- Please review the thread for more information regarding the program
- The thread and the program detail Soviet training and use percentages based on Prilepen's Chart
- 5Day/Week, Sun-Thurs training days. Program consists of two phases:
- 9Week Strength-Building Phase
- 7Week Realization Phase
- Sessions are straightforward and minimalist in terms of exercises, but will be demanding and leave room for technical focus
- Rotates 8 different sessions, giving variety over standard programs
- There are multiple mock meets built into the program and the entire cycle builds toward a final competition
- Some weights have not been listed and require self-selection
- Programming is based mostly on a lifter's 1RM Clean
