Program Cliffs:
  • This spreadsheet was created based on a program posted to Weightlifting Forums and was a user-submission (thanks Adam) 
    • Please review the thread for more information regarding the program
  • The thread and the program detail Soviet training and use percentages based on Prilepen's Chart
  • 5Day/Week, Sun-Thurs training days. Program consists of two phases:
    • 9Week Strength-Building Phase
    • 7Week Realization Phase
  • Sessions are straightforward and minimalist in terms of exercises, but will be demanding and leave room for technical focus
    • Rotates 8 different sessions, giving variety over standard programs
    • There are multiple mock meets built into the program and the entire cycle builds toward a final competition 
    • Some weights have not been listed and require self-selection
  • Programming is based mostly on a lifter's 1RM Clean
