Program Cliffs:
- 6 Week program, 3 sessions each week
- Programs for a 5% increase in 1RM at end of week 6
- This program is intended to be used as a squat-focused program
- Other exercises should be minimal in volume, frequency, and selected weight
- First 3 week period increases reps with weight held constant
- Second 3 week period decreases reps with increase in weight
