Program Cliffs:

  • 6 Week program, 3 sessions each week
  • Programs for a 5% increase in 1RM at end of week 6
  • This program is intended to be used as a squat-focused program
  • Other exercises should be minimal in volume, frequency, and selected weight
  • First 3 week period increases reps with weight held constant
  • Second 3 week period decreases reps with increase in weight
